VirHaac helps homeowners begin furnace and AC replacement projects online. We provide human-reviewed replacement quotes and coordinate approved installations through one local licensed and insured installation partner. VirHaac is a quoting and coordination company, not the installing HVAC contractor.

Replacement scope

We serve eligible single-family homes in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, plus Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Multi-dwelling condo buildings are outside the stated scope. VirHaac’s quote process is for replacement projects; contact a qualified service provider for diagnosis, repair or maintenance needs.

Start with the information you have

Provide your address, current system details and comfort concerns. Photos are optional at the start. We can request equipment labels, access details or additional assessment when needed.

Review the recommendation

Recurring repairs, rising bills and uneven temperatures can have different causes. They do not automatically establish that replacement is necessary. Compare the diagnosis, equipment condition, repair option and installation requirements.

Review the complete proposal

Website figures are typical installed planning ranges. Your personalized proposal provides the fixed installed quote for its stated equipment and scope. Check permits, removal, modifications, exclusions, warranty conditions and the service contact before approving. Equipment availability and project requirements determine installation timing.
